Coping With Grief

Our advice is not stifle or avoid these feelings. This may only delay the grief, making it difficult to move on. Talk to someone you trust. If you find talking difficult, write down the way you feel. Be honest, on one ever has to read it.

The most important thing to remember is that you are not alone and at Seasons we have taken steps to ensure you have as much support
as possible.

Each one of our staff is carefully selected and trained. They know bereavement is unique and respect all beliefs, religions, cultures and feelings. We ensure that the person who comes to see you in your home at the first consultation is the same person who guides yo through the funeral itself.

Family and friends may be the greatest support for many of us. However people often find solace in speaking to someone outside their circle. Perhaps you would find it comforting to talk to someone who is, or has been in a similar position. If so we have included several support contacts on our contacts page.
